Declaring Land and an Easement of Right of Way Over Land
Taken for the Purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act
1967 in Block X, Kairanga Survey District, Kairanga County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land first described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the
Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the
26th day of April 1971; and also hereby declares that an
easement of right of way is hereby taken over the land
secondly described in the said Schedule, vesting in the Natural
Gas Corporation of New Zealand the full and free right,
liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use
a right of way, with rights for the Corporation, its servants,
agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees, from time to time
and at all times, by day and night, to go, pass, and repass,
with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery,
and implements of any kind, over and along the said land, and
to maintain repair, and keep open the said right of way; and
that such right of way shall be held appurtenant to the land
first described in the Schedule hereto from and after the 26th
day of April 1971.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above-mentioned.

Town of Allanton, and Previous Declaration Revoked
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 15th day of
January 1971 and published in the Gazette, 28 January 1971,
No. 6, page 113, declaring an area of 3 roods 4.5 perches to be
taken for road in Block XII, Town of Allanton; and, pursuant
to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after
the 26th day of April 1971.
