Declaring Additional Land Taken for a State Primary School
in Block XVI, Gillespies Survey District, Westland County,
Subject to an Electricity Easement

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school
subject to the easement in gross granting the right to transmit
electrical energy and incidental rights created by Transfer
No. 39496, Westland Land Registry, from and after the 26th
day of April 1971.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 34 perches situated

and after the 26th day of April 1971, subject as to the land
