SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provision of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 7th
day of March 1970.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten
cents (10 cents) payable on demand.

Licensing Whangaroa Services Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a
Storage Building in Whangaroa Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Whangaroa Services Ltd. (herein-
after called the licensee, which term shall include its successors
or assigns unless the context requires a different construction),
to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the
Whangaroa Harbour as shown on plans marked M.D. 2294 and
M.D. 14109 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
storage building as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of January 1969.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars
($6.00) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
twenty dollars ($20.00).

Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
appoint the holder for the time being of the office of Station
Superintendent, Maraetai, New Zealand Electricity Department,
to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

The Road Classification (Papatoetoe City) Notice No. I, 1971

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Papatoetoe City) Notice No. 1, 1971.
  2. The Papatoetoe City Council's proposed classification of
    the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 14th day of December
    1970†, as relates to the classification of the roads described in
    the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
Roads Classified in Class One

Puhinui Road (from Wyllie Road to Roscommon Road).
Roscommon Road (from Puhinui Road to the southern
boundary of Papatoetoe City).
Wyllie Road.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3,
1971

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regula-
tions 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1971.
  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
    Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto
    shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965†,
    as relates to the classification of the State highway described in
    the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

State Highway Classified in Class One
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New
Plymouth) (from the southern boundary of Patea Borough to
the northern boundary of Wanganui City).

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First
Schedule hereto, the lands described in those notices were
declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of those
lands have been changed by a subsequent order of the Maori
Land Court and they are now known by the description set out
in the Second Schedule hereto; and whereas it is desired to
replace the notices aforesaid by a further notice referring to
the land under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Hamilton 1971, No. 8.
  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
  3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notices referred
    to in the First Schedule hereto, which are hereby revoked.
