Pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the South Auckland Pest
   Destruction District Constitution Order 1971.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April

3. There is hereby constituted a pest destruction district to be
   known as the South Auckland Pest Destruction District having
   as its boundaries that area specified in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the
following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Waiuku, Ararimu, and
   Franklin County Pest Destruction Districts Abolition Order

2. (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April

2.The Pest Destruction Districts known as Waiuku (which
was constituted by Order in Council on the 28th day of March
1967*), Ararimu (which was constituted by Order in Council
on the 22nd day of May 1963+), and Franklin County are
hereby abolished.

Coromandel County Council Appointed to Manage Kuaotunu
Cemetery

Pursuant to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964,
I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby appoint the Coromandel County Council
to have the control and management of the Kuaotunu
Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as
from the 30th day of April 1971.

All that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods and 4 perches
more or less, being Section 4, Block II, Otama Survey District
(S.O. Plan 6387).
