PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the
Lyttelton Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Charteris
Bay, areas of 39.5 perches and 29 perches, more or less, of
endowment land as shown edged red and edged yellow on plan
M.D. 13843 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington.

Union of Waitemata and South Head Districts to Form the
Kaipara Pest Destruction District (Notice No. Ag. 10799)

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of
March 1971

THE HON. N. L. SHELTON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the
following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Union of Waitemata
   and South Head Pest Destruction Districts Order 1971.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
   April 1971.
2. The Waitemata Pest Destruction District and the South
   Head Pest Destruction District the boundaries of each of
   which are specified in the Schedule hereto, are hereby declared
   united to form one district having the name Kaipara Pest
   Destruction District, the boundaries of which shall be an
   amalgamation of those specified in the Schedule hereto, and it
   is hereby further declared that the basis on which the Board
   for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be the
   acreage of the land occupied by the ratepayer.

PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the
following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Union of Conway,
   Kekerengu, Ohau, and Marlborough Coast Pest Destruction
   Districts Order 1971.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
   April 1971.
2. The Conway Pest Destruction District, the Kekerengu Pest
   Destruction District, the Ohau Pest Destruction District, and
   the Marlborough Coast Pest Destruction District the boundaries
   of each of which are specified in the Schedule hereto, are
   hereby declared united to form one district having the name
   Kaikoura Pest Destruction District, the boundaries of which
   shall be an amalgamation of those specified in the Schedule
   hereto; and it is hereby further declared that the basis on
   which the Board for the said district shall first levy its general
