National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 18 March 1970 pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from a point approximately 18 chains south of the Waikanae River bridge to the highway overbridge crossing the North Island Main Trunk Railway at Paraparaumu, a total distance of approximately 3 miles 34 chains, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 16154 and the accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as the aforementioned declaration affects the said No. 1 State Highway along its frontage with Lots 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 2183, being part Section 1, Block XIII, Kaitawa Survey District.

Return of Spirits Distilled in New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 99 of the Distillation Act 1908, I hereby publish the following information concerning spirits distilled in New Zealand:
(a) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of proof distilled in New Zealand received into bonded warehouses during the year ended 31 December 1970 = 757,518;
(b) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of proof cleared and taken out of bonded warehouses for home consumption = 542,866;
(c) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of proof cleared and taken out of bonded warehouses for exportation = 6,841;
(d) Number of imperial gallons of spirits at the strength of proof remaining in bonded warehouses on the 31st day of December 1970 = 301,222.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following New Zealand standard specification has been reviewed by committees of the Standards Council and has been recommended for revocation, pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965.
Any person who may be affected by the proposal to revoke these standard specifications, and who wishes to object to their revocation, is invited to submit comments to the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 31 May 1971.
