The Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 4

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963* as amended by the Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 1 (Gazette, 3 September 1964, p. 1397), the Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 2 (Gazette, 9 September 1965, p. 1499), and the Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 3 (Gazette, 8 October 1970, p. 1817), by including in the First Schedule thereto the following paragraph:

"(f) A line commencing from the existing line in Tauwharawhara No. 1, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction to its termination at Mangaonui River, Block IX, Otanewainuku Survey District, as is more particularly shown by a red line on the plan marked NZED 829 deposited at the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."
