A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of April 1971.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3.3 perches situated in Block III, Clive Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., being Lot 90, D.P. 504, being part Suburban Section 14 Clive; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24815 (S.O. 6043) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
