Cancellation of Vesting in the Ellesmere County Council and
Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere and revokes
the reservation for gravel pit purposes over the land described
in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Raetihi Borough Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for the deposit of road
material to a reserve for tree planting purposes; and further,
vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Raetihi, in trust, for tree planting purposes.

Declaration that Part of the Taupiri Mountain Domain Shall be
Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Taupiri Moun-
tain Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.
