CONDTIONS

  1. This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.
  2. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (d), and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.
  3. The licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1992.
    SCHEDULE
    ELECTRIC lines commencing from New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Ltd.'s freehold boundary and proceeding across Comalco and Crown lands and along the wharf approach in a westerly direction to substation 20-12; thence westerly and north-westerly along the wharf. All being situated in Block XIII, Campbelltown Hundred Survey District, in the County of Southland; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 821, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

    The Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice No. 2, 1971
    PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  4. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Ellesmere County) Notice No. 2, 1971.
  5. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  6. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  7. The notices dated the 17th day of December 1970†, the 5th day of February 1959‡, and the 26th day of March 1968§, which relate to Ellesmere County at Doyleston, are hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Ellesmere County at Doyleston.
    Leeston-Christchurch Road (from a point 10 chains measured south-westerly generally along the Leeston-Christchurch Road from Drain Road to a point 18 chains measured north-easterly generally along the Leeston-Christchurch Road from Petticoat Lane).
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Ellesmere County at Doyleston.
    Drain Road (from the Leeston-Christchurch Road to a point 48 chains measured north-westerly generally along Drain Road from the Leeston-Christchurch Road).

    Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Waipukurau
    PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes. This declaration shall take effect from and after the 29th day of March 1971.

    Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work at Greymouth and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
    PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 29th day of March 1971.
