WHEREAS by Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1971, No. 12, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:

Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1971, No. 13.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of the land has been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court and it is now part of the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and whereas it is desired to issue a further notice referring to the land under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1971, No. 10.
2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule.
3. The notices dated 27 March 1956 and 2 May 1969 published in Gazette, No. 21, 5 April 1956, p. 487 and in Gazette, No. 27, 8 May 1969, p. 863 respectively, and referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
4. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of the land has been charged by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release part of the land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV.

Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1971, No. 2.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
