WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 18, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

3. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1971, No. 6. 2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto. 3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

   Maori Land Development Notice
   WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of the land has been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release a certain parcel of the land from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and whereas it is desired that the balance of the land (under the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
   Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
   NOTICE
4. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1971, No. 12. 2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953. 3. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
