SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1970.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

Amendment of Licence Authorising Puru Boat Club (Inc.) to Use and Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Puru, Thames Coast
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Archibald Douglas Cairns, Allan Norman Perham, and Stanley Lagmhor Patterson as trustees for the Puru Boat Club on 24 May 1967*, and subsequently amended on 11 July 1967†, and assigned on 1 April 1969‡, to Puru Boat Club (Inc.) to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Puru on the Thames Coast for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway, is hereby further amended by adding the expression “and M.D. 14056” after the symbols “M.D. 12526”.

WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1971, No. 18, a certain notice under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 is revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notice, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release certain parcels of the land from the provisions of Part XXIV aforesaid; and whereas it is considered necessary that the balance of the land (under the present appellation) shall remain subject to the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced, to the extent necessary, by notices issued contemporaneously with this notice, as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
