In the Second Schedule to the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1971, published in the Gazette of 18 February 1971, No. 13, p. 255, for “Raukaka Beach Road” read “Ruakaka Beach Road”. (TT. 29/1/292)

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated 22 February 1971, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 1971, at page 364, declaring land as a reserve for “Metland Management Purposes”, read “Wetland Management Purposes”, which appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Lands. CORRIGENDUM
The notice of resignation of Benjamin Arthur Waide of his appointment as a Justice of the Peace, published in Gazette on 10 December 1970, No. 80, p. 2426, is revoked. (J.P. 33/181 (5))

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of March 1971.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 10.49 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part of Section 32 of the Karori District and part of the parcel of land marked “Drainage Reserve” on D.P. 1871. All certificate of title, Volume 466, folio 264, Wellington Land Registry. A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of March 1971.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 39 perches, situated in Block VII, Otanewainuku Survey District, being part Allotment 389, Te Papa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24464 (S.O. 45298) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
