This petition was filed by John Douglas Pottinger for the
petitioner whose address for service is at the offices of
Messrs Buddle Anderson Kent and Co., 170-186 Featherston
Street, Wellington.

NOTE—Any person who intends to appear on the hearing
of the said petition must serve on or send by post, to the
above-named, notice in writing of his intention so to do.
The notice must state the name, address, and description of
the person or if a firm the name, address, and description
of the firm and an address for service within 3 miles of the
office of the Supreme Court at Wellington, and must be
signed by the person or firm or his or their solicitor (if any)
and must be served or if posted must be sent by post in
sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address
for service not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the
16th day of March 1971.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of COLUMBINE HOSIERY LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at
Gisborne and carrying on business as a hosiery manufacturer:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand dated the 17th day of February 1971 confirming the reduction of capital of the above company from
$368,000 to $2,880 and the minute approved by the Court
showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered,
the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act,
was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch
on the 23rd day of February 1971. The said minute is in the
words and figures following:

“The capital of Columbine Hosiery Limited is $2,880.00
divided into 1,440 fully paid ordinary shares of $2.00 each,
having been reduced from $368,000 divided into 40,000 preference shares of $2.00 each fully paid and 144,000 ordinary
shares of $2.00 each fully paid.”

the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Co. Ltd. (in voluntary
liquidation):

THE liquidator of the Masterton Picture and Entertainment Co.
Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily by its members,
doith hereby fix the 26th day of March 1971 as the day on or
before which the creditors of the company are to prove their
debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to
priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are
proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
