Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block
XIII, Marotiri Survey District, Block XVI, Hurakia Survey
District, and Block IV, Puketapu Survey District,
Taumarunui County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 8th day of March 1971.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land in the South Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:
Situated in Block XIII, Marotiri Survey District:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 8th day of March 1971.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 34.1 perches situated
in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, North Auckland
R.D., and being part Allotment 387, Town of Grahamtown;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 24823 (S.O. 46518) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of February 1971.
