Declaring Land Taken in Connection with Street in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, from and after the 22nd day of February 1971.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street; that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane; and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 22nd day of February 1971.

All that piece of land containing 0.09 perches situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 24, being part Section 823, Town of Wellington, coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2.34 perches situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 24, being part Section 823, Town of Wellington, coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23547 (S.O. 26955) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
