Consenting to Stopping Road in Block XXVII, Town of Clinton
and in Block IX, Pomahaka Survey District

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby consents to the Clutha County
Council stopping the portions of road described in the
Schedule hereto.

   declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimairi County)
   Notice No. 4, 1971.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
3. The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 3, 1969*, dated
   the 29th day of October 1969 under regulation 27A of the
   Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to Waimairi County at
   Harewood, is hereby revoked.
