Allocating Railway Land for Road in Block V, Moeangi angi Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 23.5 perches situated in Block V, Moeangi angi Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, Hawke's Bay R.D., being part railway land, being part Section 4; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25740 (S.O. 6159) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of December 1971.

ARThUR PORRITT, Governor-GeneralORDER IN COUNCILAt the Government House at Wellington this 13th day of December 1971Present:HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCILPURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Egmont National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Egmont National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
