Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District, Waipa County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of December 1971.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 5.5 Part Allotment 466, Tuhikaramea Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 10 Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 13482; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 3.9 Part Lot 2, D.P. S. 13482; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25720 (S.O. 45453) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Portion of Land Held for the Purposes of Carsheds in Connection With the Electric Tramways in the City of Wellington Set Apart for Housing Purposes
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of carsheds in connection with the electric tramways and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a Proclamation dated the 16th day of August 1912 and published in Gazette, 22 August 1912, Volume II at page 2540.
Now therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as from the 27th day of December 1971, for housing purposes.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 12 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Town Belt, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25739 (S.O. 28023) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and used as a roadway to be road.

All that piece of land containing 21.3 perches situated in Block III, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part Whangamata 4D4A2B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25118 (M.L. 19982) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red, edged red.
