Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims
and declares that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed; and also hereby resumes the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land described as follows:

District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the

coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 27.2 perches, being part
Section 7, Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
25713 (S.O. 44994) deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged
yellow.
