Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added and Land Allocated and Added in Block XIII, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, be added to the land held for the establishment and operation of an iron and steel industry described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, and that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, be added to the land held for the development of water power (Glenbrook Substation) described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, and that the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby allocated to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and shall, when so allocated, be added to the land described in the said Sixth Schedule.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed vest in John Lowther Broad. of Waimata, sheep farmer, and Prudence Morris Broad, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares; also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed vest in The Proprietors of the Kopaatuaki No. 2 Block, a body corporate, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 80802, Gisborne Land Registry; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed; also takes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land firstly described in the said Fifth Schedule hereto, shall when so taken, vest in The Proprietors of the Kopaatuaki No. 2 Block, a body corporate, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 80802, Gisborne Land Registry.
