The Ratanui Cemetery Closing Notice 1970
Pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Ratanui Cemetery Closing Notice 1970.
2. It is hereby directed that the Ratanui Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of June 1971.
3. As from the 30th day of June 1971 the control and management of the closed Ratanui Cemetery shall vest in the Clutha County Council.
   SCHEDULE
   ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 3 roods, more or less, being Section 38, Block VII, Woodland Survey District.

   Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in the Borough of Kaiapoi
   Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a police station from and after the 18th day of January 1971.

   ALL that piece of land containing 27.7 perches situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 2312, being part Rural Section 320. All the land in proclamation No. 360178, Canterbury Land Registry.
