AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 37, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby
resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order, to borrow the sum of $200,000 as a special loan to be
known as Reserves Loan No. 1, 1964—Third Issue $200,000,
for the purpose of acquiring land for regional reserves.
The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting
of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that
purpose, and held on 16 November 1970, and confirmed at an
ordinary meeting of the said authority held on 14 December
1970, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star
on 21 November and 5 December 1970.
