paraumu Riding of the Hutt County), the Hutt County
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one deci-
mal eight seven six (1.876) cents in the dollar upon the
unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 67
Special Rating Area (being part of the Paraparaumu County
Town Area of the County of Hutt), and that the special rate
shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of
the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of April in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a
period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

PATANGATA COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan $30,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Patangata County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $30,000 authorised to be raised by the Patangata
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for a Rural
Housing Loan, the said Patangata County Council hereby
makes a special rate of 0.015969 cents in the dollar upon the
rateable value of all rateable property of the County of
Patangata, and that the special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable
half yearly on the 29th day of May and November in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a
period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed
at a meeting of the Patangata County Council held on the
16th day of December 1970.

WAIHEMO COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Dunback Water Supply Loan No. 2 1969, $4,400

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waihemo
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $4,400 authorised to be raised by the Waihemo County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
providing rural and domestic water supply in the Dunback
Rural Water Supply District, the said Waihemo County
Council hereby makes a special rate of $0.000567862 cents
in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all rateable
property in the Dunback Rural Water Supply District; and
that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of August in each and every year during the currency of the
loan being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the
loan is fully paid off."

I hereby certify that the above-mentioned resolution is a
true and correct copy of the resolution passed by the Waihemo
County Council at a meeting held on the 21st day of December
1970.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Paekakariki Fire Station Additional Loan 1970, $20,000

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $20,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
meeting additional costs of erecting a fire station for the
County Town of Paekakariki, the Paekakariki Fire Station

Loan 1966, $35,000, being insufficient for this purpose, the
Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate
of 0.114 (nought decimal one one four) cents in the $1 upon
the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Paekaka-
riki County Town, and that the special rate shall be an
annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be
payable on 1 April in each and every year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is
fully paid off."

RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE

Drainage Loan 1970, $36,000

That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it,
in that behalf, by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000)
authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under
the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of replacing sewer
and stormwater drainage in parts of Waiwhetu Road and
Epuni Street, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of .024 of a cent in the dollar on the
rateable value (on the basis of the annual value), on all
rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt, and that such
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on or about the
1st day of August in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of 25 years, or until such time as
the loan is repaid."

Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:

"That for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty-five thousand
dollars ($255,000) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt
City Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of improving stormwater drainage in Stokes Valley and sewage
disposal in the central area of Lower Hutt, the said Lower
Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
.169 of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value (on the
basis of the annual value), on all rateable property in the
City of Lower Hutt, and that the such special rate shall be an
annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of 25 years, or until such time as the loan is repaid."
