A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 13.7 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 549. All certificate of title, Volume 63, folio 131, Wellington Land Registry.

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of February 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 19 perches being part of Section 165, City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., and being more particularly shown in Deposited Plan No. 14. All certificate of title, Volume 162, folio 1, Nelson Land Registry.
