5. The road specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

6. The notice dated the 16th day of September 1969† which relates to roads and areas in Waitemata County is hereby revoked.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in the Borough of Onehunga

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown railway on and after the 21st day of December 1970.
