The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 2, 1970

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 2, 1970.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

3. The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 23rd day of September 1958†, which relates to Taupiri in Waikato County, is hereby revoked.

4. The notice under regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 6th day of August 1970‡, which relates to Waikato County at Taupiri, is hereby revoked.
