ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing in Block I, Waipoua Survey District, at the intersection of the sea coast of the Tasman Sea with the 6,750 chain north perpendicular of Mount Eden, and proceeding north-westerly generally along the sea coast crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets to the middle of the entrance to the Whangape Harbour in Block XIII, Whangape Survey District; thence northerly generally up the middle of the Whangape Harbour and the Awaroa River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block X, Whangape Survey District; thence easterly generally to and along that northern boundary, and along the northern watersheds of the Mangonuiowae and Paihikokuri Streams to Trig. Station M (Kumetewhiwhia) situated in Block XIII, Maungataniwha Survey District; thence northerly generally along the western boundaries of Mangamuka West 2B and 3AA, to and easterly along the northern boundaries of that 3AA, Mangamuka West 3D, Lot 1, D.P. 29154, and Section 2, Block X, Maungataniwha Survey District, and north-easterly generally along the north-western boundaries of Mangamuka East H 5, G 4B, 3B 2, Section 1, Block VII, Maungataniwha Survey District, and south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 1A and the intervening Section 3 of that Block VII, the eastern boundaries of Section 1A aforesaid, Sections 7 and 6, Block XI, Maungataniwha Survey District, to the northern side of Mangamuka Road; thence along a right line across that road to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 9, 10, and 11, Block XI aforesaid and Mangamuka East 1B 3A to the easternmost corner of that 1B 3A; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Omahuta 2 to Ratakamaru Trig. Station in Block XII, Maungataniwha Survey District; thence south-easterly generally along the south-western watershed of the Whakaterekia Stream, to that junction with the 9250 chain north perpendicular of Mount Eden that is closest to the said stream; thence easterly along that perpendicular to and southerly generally down the middle of the Whakaterekia and Mangapa Streams, and easterly generally up the middle of the Waipapa River and the Pukatea Stream to and along the western boundary of Section 3, Block XIV, Kaeo Survey District to the south-western corner of the aforesaid section; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundaries of Sections 9 and 8, Block XIV aforesaid, Section 1S and the intervening north-western end of a public road and Section 4S, the said 1S and 4S being of Puketi Settlement to the western side of Waiare Road; thence along a right line to and along the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block XV, Kaeo Survey District (shown on Survey Office Plan 19415), the western boundary of Section 18, Block XV aforesaid, the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 45, Block XII, Kaeo Survey District to a public road; thence northerly generally along the western and northern sides of the aforesaid public road forming the eastern boundaries of Section 45 aforesaid, Sections 44 and 3, Block XII, Kaeo Survey District, Sections 29 and 28, Block XI, Kaeo Survey District, Sections 31 and 30 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-easterly generally along the eastern boundary of that Section 30, the northern boundary of Section 10, the western and northern boundaries of Section 14, the northern boundaries of Sections 36 and 26, the western boundary of Section 17, the western and northern boundaries of Section 16, the northern boundary of Section 52, all the aforesaid sections being of Block XII, Kaeo Survey District, to the northernmost corner of Section 52 aforesaid; thence northerly along the western boundary of Section 1, Block II, Kerikeri Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary crossing and
recrossing the intervening State Highway No. 10, to and along the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 4, and the north-eastern boundary of Section 5, both sections of Block II, Kerikeri Survey District, crossing and recrossing the intervening Otaha Road and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 5 D.P. 41103, the south-eastern end of Otaha Road, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 2, D.P. 41103 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Takou River in Block I, Kerikeri Survey District; thence down the middle of that river to the sea coast of the South Pacific Ocean; thence south-easterly generally along the sea coast of the South Pacific Ocean crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets to the south-eastern corner of Lot 14, D.P. 7246 in Block I, Opuawhanga Survey District; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the Whangarei Acclimatisation District hereinbefore described to the intersection in Block IX, Mangakahia Survey District, of the south-western boundary of Lot 26, Deeds Plan W 55 with the right line joining Tutamoe No. 2 Trig. MANGONUI-WHANGAROA ACCLIMATISATION DISTRICT
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing in Block XIII, Whangape Survey District, at the middle of the entrance to the Whangape Harbour and proceeding north-westerly along the sea coast of the Tasman Sea to North Cape; thence south-easterly generally along the sea coast of the South Pacific Ocean crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets to the middle of the mouth of the Takou River in Block III, Kerikeri Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western boundary of the Bay of Islands Acclimatisation boundary hereinbefore described to the point of commencement, including all adjacent islands.

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, transfer, retirement, and resignation of commission of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force pursuant to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950.
