A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 19 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962 and section 9 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1964, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that, as from the 22nd day of November 1970, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown land subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
