DUNEDIN DRAINAGE AND SEWERAGE BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Renewal Loan, 1970 of $57,200
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Dunedin Drainage and Sewerage Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $57,200 authorised to be raised by the Dunedin Drainage and Sewerage Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of repaying on maturity, portion of the Drainage Extension Loan 1959, which matures on 15 November 1970, the said Dunedin Drainage and Sewerage Board hereby makes a special rate of 0.0122 cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Board’s district, comprising the whole of the City of Dunedin and the Borough of St. Kilda, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of six (6) years and ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, sections 40 and 41, and in pursuance of the authority conferred on it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of $750,000 to be known as Airport Loan No. 1, 1964, $5,000,000 Sixth Issue $75,000, for the purpose of meeting the authority’s share of the capital expenditure at the Auckland International Airport and other miscellaneous capital costs.
The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority convened for that purpose, and held on 19 October 1970, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said authority held on 16 November 1970, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 31 October and 14 November 1970.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary.
