The Traffic (Waihemo County) Notice No. 1, 1970
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This Notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waihemo
   County) Notice No. 1, 1970.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
3. The notice under regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
   1956, dated the 6th day of September 1962†, which relates to
   Waihemo County at Dunback, is hereby revoked.
   SCHEDULE
   SITUATED within Waihemo County at Dunback, No. 85 State
   Highway (Palmerston-Alexandra) (from a point 8 chains
   measured southerly generally along the said State highway
   from Ritchie Road to a point 19 chains measured northerly
   generally along the said State highway from the said road).

   Additional Land at Upper Hutt Taken for the Purposes of the
   Wellington-Napier Railway
   PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
   Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that
   effect having been entered into, the land described in the
   Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
   Wellington-Napier Railway from and after the 30th day of
   November 1970.
