Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land
Taken and Vested in Blocks L and LVIII, Hokonui Survey
District
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto and declares that the road first described in the said
Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Charles William
Tremaine, of Mandeville, farmer, and Francis May Tremaine,
his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 202924,
Southland Land Registry; and that the road secondly described
in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in
Margaret Roche, of Mandeville, spinster, and the Trustees
Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited as
tenants-in-common in equal shares subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. 78545, Southland Land Registry; also hereby
takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the
purposes of sub-section (6) of the section 29 and declares
that the land, when so taken, shall vest in Margaret Roche,
of Mandeville, spinster, and the Trustees Executors and
Agency Company of New Zealand Limited as tenants-in-
common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage
No. 78545, Southland Land Registry.
