PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 11.6 perches, situated in Block XV, Whangarei Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being land below mean high water mark, Whangarei Harbour (Parua Bay); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24650 (S.O. 45998) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also resumes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. RLF 324, recorded in register book, Volume 206, folio 32, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Thomas James Carter of Waipukurau, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 169527, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the land secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. RLF 326, recorded in register book, Volume 206, folio 50, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maurice George Lawson of Waipukurau, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 174494, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest in Thomas Joseph Butler of Puro Puro, Waipawa, sheep farmer, as to one undivided half share subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 138019, and in Mary Elizabeth Butler of Omakere, married woman and Maurice Denis Butler of Puro Puro, Waipawa, sheep farmer, as to one undivided half share, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 138019 and 201456, and memorandum of lease No. 201458, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest in Harriet Elsie Ray Couper, wife of John Walter Couper of Omakere, Waipawa, farmer; also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that such land shall, when so taken, vest in the said Harriet Elsie Ray Couper, wife of John Walter Couper of Omakere, Waipawa, farmer.
