At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of November 1970
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby:
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 31.1 perches adjoining or passing through Sections 14 and 17, Block VII, Piako Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21842 (S.O. 44177) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Porirua and be under the control and management of the Porirua City Council.
