Pursuant to section 18 of the Local Government Commission Act 1967, written objections to the Provisional Area Scheme stating the grounds thereof may be lodged with the Commission by any person or body interested not later than 3 months after the first public notification of the scheme. Should no objections be lodged during that period, the Local Government Commission may approve the Provisional Area Scheme as a Final Area Scheme.

IN THE MATTER of the Administration Act 1952, and its amendments, and IN THE MATTER of the estate of Barry James Drummond, late of Gisborne, builder, but now deceased:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand on the 4th day of November 1970, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Gisborne, electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, 40 Childers Road, Gisborne, on Tuesday, the 17th day of November 1970, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line. The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops but may be obtained from the New Zealand Standards Association, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
