Assignment of Rock Oyster Farming Lease
PURSUANT to regulation 41 of the Rock Oyster Farming
Regulations 1964, the Minister of Marine consented to the
assignment of Oyster Farming Lease No. 62 and subsequently
the lease was assigned to Body and Leech Ltd., a New Zealand
company of Whakapirau, Maungatuoto, by virtue of a deed
of assignment dated 20 August 1970.
