A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 20 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land within the meaning of the Land Act 1948.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 108 acres and 35 perches situated in Block XVI, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, Hawkeโ€™s Bay R.D., being part Section 12; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24607 (S.O. 6076) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of November 1970.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 30th day of August 1961, the 6th day of February 1964, the 26th day of May 1959, and the 6th day of February 1964, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks XI, XIV and XV, Ikitara Survey District, viz, a deviation of the Whangaehu-Turakina section of the Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth No. 3 State Highway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area bounded by broken black lines shown on the plan marked M.O.W. 24647 referred to in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

Commencing at a point marked 261.75 miles on the Hamilton-Woodville State Highway No. 3, approximately 18.5 chains south-east of Ruatangata Road in Block XI, Ikitara Survey District, and proceeding generally south-easterly for a distance of about 3.1 miles and terminating at a point marked 265.09 miles on the aforesaid highway in line with the southern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 5150 in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, namely, part Ruatangata 1E 1C and Section 1, Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District (C.T. 451/2); part Rakautaua 1A 2B 2B 2 (C.T. 867/9); part Ruatangata 1C 1B (C.T. 445/34); closed road (Proclamation 607183); Ruatangata 1E 1B (C.T. 362/300) and 1E 2 (C.T.
