Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1970.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 38, D.P. 52, and part of Section 15, Ohiro District, Vogeltown. All certificate of title, Volume 142, folio 275, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of November 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1970.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19.8 perches situated in Block VIII, Orahiri Survey District, being part Orahiri Y 4 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23994 (S.O. 44627) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1970.
