repaying on maturity that portion of the No. 14 Reticulation
Loan raised by the Springs-Ellesmere Electric Power Board
which matures on the 1st October 1970 the said Central
Canterbury Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate
of one / one hundred and eightieth (1/180th) of a cent in the
dollar upon the value (on the basis of the capital value) of
all rateable property of the Central Canterbury Electric Power
District comprising the whole of the counties of Ellesmere,
Akaroa, Wairewa, Mt Herbert, Malvern and Tawera, part
of the Borough of Lyttelton and parts of the Counties of
Paparua and Heathcote and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan,
and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each year
and every year during the currency of the loan being a period
of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.
Seconded by Mrs J. E. Woodham and carried.
We hereby certify that the above is a true copy of and a
correct extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Central
Canterbury Electric Power Board at the meeting written above.

ESTATE OF JOSEPH VIVIAN JORGENSEN
IN THE MATTER of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments, and IN THE MATTER of the Estate of JOSEPH VIVIAN JORGENSEN, late of Turangi in New Zealand, Carpenter, deceased:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand on the 29th day of October 1970, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland, electing to administer the above-mentioned estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the office of the District Public Trustee at Hamilton, on the 11th day of November 1970, at 11 a.m.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
