PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for road.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0.7 of a perch situated in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District, Nelson R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 5139, being part Section 72, District of Upper Motueka; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23885 (S.O. 10696) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Adding to the Wairarapa Catchment District Part of the Akito County and Making Provision for the Representation of the Same on the Wairarapa Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares:
-
That the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby added to the Wairarapa Catchment District; and
-
That, for the purposes of representation on the Wairarapa Catchment Board, the said area shall, together with the Masterton County, form a combined district to be known as the Masterton County, Akito County (part) Combined District, with representation of three; and
-
That, until the next triennial general election of members, the present three members representing Masterton County shall also represent the said area added to the catchment district.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 153 square miles, more or less, being portion of the County of Akito, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Block VII, Makuri S.D., in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 19, Block XI, Makuri S.D., and proceeding generally south-easterly along right lines to Trig. Station Watershed in Block IV, Mount Cerberus S.D., to Trig. Station Camp, and to the north-western corner of Section 3, Block IV, Mount Cerberus S.D.; thence along the south-western boundary of that section to its south-western corner and along right lines to the south-eastern corner of Section 5, Block IV, Mount Cerberus S.D., and to the north-western corner of Section 1, Pongaroa Village; thence along the northern boundary of that section to its north-eastern corner and along right lines to Trig. Station E. Manuhara, to Trig. Station D. Mount Cerberus, and to the westernmost corner of Section 9, Block IX, Mount Cerberus S.D.; thence along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of that section, the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block IX, Mount Cerberus S.D., to its southernmost corner, and along a right line parallel to the south-western boundary of Section 13, Block IX, Mount Cerberus S.D., to the intersection of that line with the western boundary of Section 25A, Block X, Mount Cerberus S.D.; thence along a right line to a point in the middle of Akaroa Road in line with the eastern boundary of Section 25A, aforesaid, along the middle of Akaroa Road to the middle of Settlement Road, along a right line to the northern boundary corner of Section 4, Block III,
Owahanga S.D., adjacent to Trig. Station Little Peak, along the northern boundaries of Section 4, aforesaid, to a point due north of the northernmost corner of Section 226, Akito District, along a right line to that corner, along the eastern boundaries of Section 226, aforesaid, to its southernmost corner, along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 184, Akito District, along the north-eastern boundary of that section to the northern side of a road, along a right line parallel to the south-western boundary of Section 182, Akito District, to the intersection of that line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 178, Akito District, along that boundary to the north-eastern corner of Section 178, aforesaid, along a right line to the northern boundary corner of Lot 1, D.P. 10730, adjacent to traverse peg XXXIV, along the generally northern boundaries of the said Lot 1 and their production to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 10730, and its production to the right bank of the Akito River, and along that bank to the sea coast; thence south-westerly along the sea coast to the western side of Owahanga Road in Block XVI, Owahanga S.D.; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of the Wairarapa Catchment District, as described in Gazette, 1965, p. 1844, to the north-eastern corner of Section 20, Block XII, Puketoi S.D.; thence northerly along the boundaries of the Manawatu Catchment District, as described in Gazette, 1943, p. 973, to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares:

That the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby added to the Manawatu Catchment District; and
-
That, for the purposes of representation on the Manawatu Catchment Board, the said area shall form part of the combined district of Dannevirke County (part), Woodville County, Patangata County, Waipawa County, Waipukurau County (hereinafter referred to as the said combined district), and to be known as the Dannevirke County (part), Woodville County, Patangata County, Waipawa County, Waipukurau County, Akito County (part) Combined District, with representation of one member; and
-
That, until the next triennial general election of members, the present member representing the said combined district shall also represent the said area added to the catchment district.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 133 square miles, more or less, being portion of the County of Akito, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Block VII, Makuri S.D., in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 19, Block XI, Makuri S.D., and proceeding generally south-easterly along right lines to Trig.
