Amending Licence Authorising Henry's Sand Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Water Intake in the Waikato River at the Elbow

THE licence issued to Henry's Sand Ltd. on 11 August 1970* authorising the company to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the Waikato River at the Elbow as a site for water intake is hereby amended as follows:

(a) By inserting the expression “and plan marked M.D. 13984” after the expression “marked M.D. 13874”.
(b) By inserting the words “and discharge pipe” after the words “a water intake”.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister of Marine has granted to Sydney Warren Hicks, of Warkworth, the lease of 15 acres of sea bed (lease No. 254) in the Te Kapa Estuary of Mahurangi Harbour for the cultivation of rock oysters.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for Shop and Dwelling, Mangonui Harbour

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine gives notice that the licence granted to Alan Reginald Atkinson, on 8 July 1963*, to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the Mangonui Harbour for the purpose of maintaining a shop and dwelling thereon, is hereby assigned to A. NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961 and its amendments, and to report in terms of section 10b of that Act, concerning the following goods:

Wooden tool handles, viz: shovel and similar handles, double bent or Ames pattern; spade handles, double bent type; other tool handles of wood (excluding file, knife, and lawnmower, broom, mop, hoe, rake, and similar handles), falling within Tariff item Ex 44.25.04.
