Amending Licence Authorising National Mortgage and Agency
Co. of New Zealand Ltd., Dunedin, Mercantile Branch to
Occupy Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at
Waikawa as a Site for a Slipway
THE licence issued to National Mortgage and Agency Co. of
New Zealand Ltd., Dunedin, Mercantile Branch on 7 December
1965* authorising the company to use and occupy part of the
foreshore and bed of the sea at Waikawa as a site for a
slipway (which licence was subsequently amended on 15
March 1966†,) is hereby further amended by deleting clauses
7 (a) and 7 (b) of the schedule and substituting the following
clauses:
7. (a) Vessels up to 40' register length: Seventeen dollars
for 48 hours.
(b) Vessels over 40' register length: Nineteen dollars for 48
hours.
(c) All vessels on slip over 48 hours: One dollar per day.
