PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Hapuku
Public Hall Board as published in New Zealand Gazette, 21

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Royal New
Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children
(Dunedin Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the
reserve for a site for a Plunket clinic described in the Schedule
hereto.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage and
Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Waikato
County Council to control and manage and revokes the
reservation for soil conservation and river control purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT - WAIKATO COUNTY

ALLOTMENT 750, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block X,
Hapuakohe Survey District: area, 3 acres 1 rood 20.5 perches,
more or less (S.O. Plan 44335).

Remembrance Day 1970

CITIZENS and traffic control authorities throughout New
Zealand are requested to observe Remembrance Day on
Sunday, 8 November 1970.

The observance of this day should be similar to that of
Remembrance Day last year. Two minutes' silence should be
observed from 11 a.m., and all vehicular traffic should halt
during that period.

The Government trusts that churches will agree to arrange,
as far as practicable, for a morning service on this day to
commence at such time as to enable 2 minutes' silence to be
observed at 11 o'clock.

Where a citizens' memorial service is held, it is suggested
that it should be at the local cenotaph or war memorial.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) 1966 - Amendment No. 19

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of
Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive
    List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 19, and shall be read
    together with, and deemed to be part of, the Control of Prices
    (Positive List) Notice 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the
    principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on 2 November 1970.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting under
    the general heading of FOODSTUFFS AND RELATED COMMODITIES,
    item "Stock food of the following kinds", the following words:
    "Feed grains and stock feeds based on grains".

Special Arrangements for the Provision of Medical Services
for the Residents of Te Araroa and Surrounding District

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Social Security Act 1964; the
Minister of Health has made special arrangements whereby
all persons for the time being resident in the district described
in the Schedule hereto who are entitled to receive, free of
charge, at the hands of any registered medical practitioner who
is employed or engaged by the Waiapu Hospital Board or who
is providing relief for such persons pursuant to a contract
made with the said Board under section 78 of the Hospitals
Act 1957, general medical services and maternity services as
defined in section 88 (1) of the Social Security Act 1964.

These special arrangements are in addition to the benefits
provided by Part II of the Social Security Act 1964.

Provided that no person may receive from the Department
of Health, under that Act, any payment in respect of any
service or requirement given or supplied pursuant to the
arrangements.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Counties of
Opotiki and Waiapu, bounded by a line commencing at the
mouth of the Kereu River in Block V, Te Kaha Survey
District and proceeding north-easterly and south-easterly gen-
erally along the sea coast to the southernmost corner of
Section 2, Block XVI, East Cape Survey District, being the
commencing point of the boundary of the former County of
Matakaoa as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1925, page
2607; thence westerly generally along the boundary of Te
Kumi No. 1 Block to Trig. Station Honokawa and along
the south-western boundary of that Block to Trig. Station
Wharehinu in Block VI, Raukumara West Survey District;
thence north-westerly generally down the middle of that stream
and down the middle of the Kereu River to the point of
commencement. As shown on the plan marked 216/9/7l
deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Health at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane County

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the

and after the 2nd day of November 1970.
