Lands and Survey Department—Revocation of Appointment of Muriwai Beach Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Muriwai Beach Domain Board as published in Gazette, 20 December 1967, Volume III, page 2283, and appoints the Auckland Regional Authority to be the Muriwai Beach Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
