CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 17th day of October 1969, and published in the Gazette, 13 November 1969, Volume III, page 2262, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested in Block II, Ruataniwha Survey District and Block XIV, Wakarara Survey District, Waipawa County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for the area of 19.1 perches first described in the Fourth Schedule to the said notice, read 19.7 perches, which last-mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Otago Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refugeβ(Bird Islands)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the Minister charged with the administration of the department of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected by this Proclamation), hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 11th day of May 1957*, declaring an area of land in the Otago Peninsula Survey District, in the Otago Acclimatisation District, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953; as shown on plan marked I.A. 52/358 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of October 1970.

Land Taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 27.65 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part of Lot 1; D.P. 10472, being also part of Section 138, Town of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 830, folio 68, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works, and shall vest in the North Auckland Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1970.
