ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATE
Vehicle Testing Station Supplementary Loan 1970, $4,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves the following:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $4,000 authorised to be raised by the Rotorua County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Vehicle Testing Station Loan 1968, of $40,000 was sanctioned, the said Rotorua County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.00157 cents in the dollar upon the unimproved rateable value of all rate-able property in the whole of the County of Rotorua, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable on the 1st day of August in each and every year being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
The foregoing resolution was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Rotorua County Council, held on Tuesday the 13th day of October 1970.

NOTICE OF A PRIVATE BILL
THE EDEN PARK TRUST AMENDMENT ACT 1970
IN THE MATTER of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills, and IN THE MATTER of a Private Bill intituled "The Eden Park Trust Amendment Act 1970":
NOTICE is hereby given that the Eden Park Trust Board, a body duly incorporated under the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, intends to present a petition to the House of Representatives in Parliament assembled for the passing of the above-mentioned Bill.
The object of the Bill is to redefine the term "trust property" so as to include property both real and personal acquired by the Trust Board since the passing of the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, and any property both real and personal which the Trust Board may acquire in the future; to give such redefinition retrospective effect; and to extend the power of the Board of Control to borrow moneys on bank overdraft.
The promoter of the Bill is the Eden Park Trust Board, whose address for service of notices and communications is at the offices of its duly appointed solicitors, Messrs Anderson, Snedden and Bradford, First Floor, Yorkshire House, Shortland Street, Auckland, where a copy of the Bill may be inspected.
Printed copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill Office, Parliament Buildings, Wellington, on or before the 20th day of October 1970.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
