Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Marine engines, compression ignition type, up to and including 200 brake horsepower continuous rating and other types of marine engines up to and including 300 brake horsepower continuous rating, falling within Tariff items 84.06.23 and 84.06.24.

Grant of Oyster Farming Lease
PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister of Marine has granted to John Brown of Te Hapua, the lease of an area of 5 acres of seabed (lease No. 225) situated in the first bay north of Flat Point in Parengarenga Harbour, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specifications are being circulated:
