PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the First Schedule hereto and the service lane described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier and be under the control and management of the Napier City Council.

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Whakatakataka Bay an area of 1.5 acres, more or less, of land as shown edged pink on plan M.D. 13774 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
