NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 24th day of August 1970, confirming the reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company as at 10 July 1970 from $8,920,158.15 to $6,115,383.15, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of September 1970.
