IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Roucher and Escott Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Roucher and Escott Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix 23 October 1970, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above company will be held at the McLean Institute Building, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on the 23rd day of October 1970, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 24th day of August 1970, confirming the reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company as at 10 July 1970 from $8,920,158.15 to $6,115,383.15, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of September 1970. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"That, the share premium account of the company as at 10 July 1970 be reduced to $6,115,383.15, and that such reduction be effected by writing off the sum of $2,804,775 being the amount shown in the balance sheet of the company as at the 31st day of March 1970, as 'Adjustment of Investment in Subsidiary Companies'."
